My cousin gave me a book by the photographer Gary Winogrand when I was 14, and soon after, I got my first camera. Later a friend got a job at the local photomat, and developed all our film for free. We started taking lots of pictures of each other and the world around us, experimenting with all kinds of different ideas & processes.

I went on to study photography, drawing & sculpture at Vassar College and The School of Visual Art in New York, before moving to New York City full-time to pursue a career in the arts. These days I split my time between East & West Coast, working on a mix of personal, editorial, and commercial projects.
